Amy has her BA in Elementary and Secondary Speech/Theater Education from Graceland University. With over 25 years working in the Early Childhood Education field, Amy was thrilled to begin her tenure at LSCC in 2020. Amy is a wife and mother of 5 children. She is a very proud Dog-Mommy to Gabby (Golden Doodle) and Lincoln (Shi-Pom)

Monica is a graduate of NICC in Early Childhood Education and completed her National Administrators Credential. She has been with Little Sprouts since 2015. Monica provides invaluable support to center operations. She is a doting Cat-Mom to Luna and enjoys musicals.

Morning Supervisor/CACFP Director

Kathy has been opening the center, and cooking the meals and snacks since 2018. Kathy has an excellent rapport with the Caregivers and utilizes that skill as Admin/Caregiver liaison. Kathy is a farm-wife, mother of 2 grown children, and enjoys spoiling her 4 grand-babies.

Presley has been part of the LSCC team since 2016. She has completed her Child Development Associate certificate from NICC and her National Administrators Credential. Presley enjoys leading our school-age program at our center in the elementary school. She is a loving dog-mom to Stormi and Canon. She is also our biggest country music fan!

Infant Center Assistant Director

Lisa has completed her Child Development Associate Credential and has been with Little Sprouts since 2021. She is also currently working toward her full Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is our biggest Disney fan and is a wife and mother of 3. She is the most crafty one on the LSCC team and even handmade all of the decorative wreaths for each of our classrooms.

Student Center Assistant Director

Destiny has been with LSCC since September of 2021. She went from helping out in every room in the daycare, to a lead caregiver, to now being an assistant director at the Student Center. She is a proud cat-mom to Zeppelin and a loving wife. She is currently has her Child Development Associate Credential through NICC, and says that she's doing something she's always wanted to do in life and couldn't be happier!
